So, I decided since I have just finished judging for our school annual's event and also because it's raining meows and woofs outside...why not add in another post for today aye??!

So....let's talk about Wedding songs. Songs are very important I must say..for me especially. Being brought up and surrounded by musically talented people and legends has definitely made me anal about the songs Im choosing for our Big Day!! 

And therefore, the tink a tink continues for songs that will accompany me during walking the aisle on.....[be prepared, it's ridiculous but that's just me] our solemnization day.during the batal air sembahyang part during nikah. after finishing the whole akad nikah ceremony. the tepong tawar masin segala ke aper nyer ceremony 

and then............. 

followed by our entrance during dinner.our cutting cake ceremony.and of course the song that I wanted to sing for him. And songs that I wanted to be played during dinner that fits the theme.

and then........

on Sunday. the bride entrance.and the couple entrance at the groom's side.cutting cake ceremony.

Oh well, let's start with our solemnization ceremony, I was thinking of playing this while peopple are displaying our trays or whatnots, the entrance of both parents and maybe the groom

I had always adore this songs and I always hear it in times when I just needed to calm down and I think it will just be an appropriate opening to a blissful ceremony.

Next.....Bride's Entrance

One thing that attracts me in this song are definitely the lyrics itself and how it portrays a girl wearing white and overall I like the calming effect of this whole shite!!

Beau has been singing this song over and over again. Aku tak tahu angin sasau mana da rasuk but yes, he really insisted on using this song for our wedding only as usual, he doesnt know where to fit it and Little Miss Conceptualize ME! have to crack my brains again. Although I might be busy crying my eyes out and dunno whether can hear this song or not but yes...we stick with the plans for now.

Next...after the whole akad nikah ceremony plus the tepong tawar part plus taking pictures..

This song ehhh...orang orang tua kalau cakap kirakan panggil lagu wajib ah...lagu orang kawing kawing so Beau and Me really like this song and of cos I dont give a dang if makciks pakciks nenek datuk all heard this song a gazillion times already or even sing their heart out with it..

I am STILL GONNA DO IT. 

Next is the dinner entrance....

As we enter, I have always wanted people to do this!!!! I kept on saying to Bestie I want people to play mercun and she gasped! and say kau nak mampos??!!! meriam buloh kaper?? kau ingat kat kampong eh??? I just stared at her and keep blink.blink.blink in confusion.

And being the horrendous malay that I am...it was actually called bunga api when I swear I actually thought that bunga api only refers to fireworks but of cos knowing my bestie also have the same horrendous of a malay language that I am...we keep this conversation to ourself rather than kena lempar batu butter segala by the other malay people.....

But I do have that kind of jabbering thoughts should there be any clumsy asses in the guest list skali the sparks fired on my dress or skin or face or places that could hurt me. Dah nanti wedding night kat Tan Tock Seng pulak la kan...Dang!!! So, its still a should I or should I not???? But it's cute kan?? Or should I put into the guest list like a checkbox and questions like...can you handle sparkly fire wands??

Oooookay....other than that, lets continue back to our topic of dinner entrance songs..I was thinking of this:

I have always like the version of Glee and I was thinking of the perfect duo who could actually sang this version beautifully. Yep! Its settled then. Marry you it shall be.

I'm a little bit theatrical in a way. I loved adored awesomely in Love with big entrances and Im just being honest about it. Since it's MY big day why not make it bigger rather than be a Shmuck and try to deny about it. And obviously, this song totally fits the theme of my decor and such so its PERFECT.

Other than that, I am still thinking of the songs I might want to dedicate to Beau. There are currently few songs on the list and my tink a tink says it might be good to keep it on the low now. Hahahhaha...

of "Samping[s]" & Groomsmen

Ola U Awesome Possum Ladies!!!!! It's about time that I actually start updating this blog of mine because dah macam dengar bunyi jengkerik segala....Anyhoo, sorry for the lack of updates as mention earlier in my blog, this last half of the year is freakingly the most busiest period for me. sigh.......

So, for today I was thinking of concentrating about the Beau and his Groomsmen pulak. You wanna know why??? Because, he has been jabbering about the selection of his groomsmen and his outfit segala la semua. And boy, member pon kalahkan aku bab planning planning ni.

So, the conversation has started like a few months back and it was always a one-off conversation whereby we will talk about our wedding and somehow few minutes later being the short-attention span people we are, we will always be distracted by something sparkly.turbo engine.pinky and ribbon stuffs.turbo engine again.shoes and bags. turbo engine again. So yes, basically, we forget where we left off and then we just ignore it. Of cos, we knew that this is a PROBLEM. Big Problem when both of us just concentrate on one damn topic so we decided to just have one day to ourself, literally sit down (which we always have difficulty with, pasal slalu suka merayap shopping) and open that big diary wedding of ours and DISCUSS about all the wedding stuffs.

There we were at Rouge Cafe along Arab St, finally discussing on the wedding details like guest list. themes for our solemnization and I am amazed that Beau and I were able to concentrate a full 100%. It's so exciting!! But obviously, having an itchy butt as I am (yang sememangnya tak boleh dudok diam), I started whining la..which brought us to my next favourite topic..Our Bridesmaid and Groomsmen. Who are the lucky people we should pick!! And that my frens, kept me in my seat.

We finally decide that we wanted 8 Bridesmaid and Groomsmen each to assist us. I already had a few choices in my head and he was still trying to filter in the different people who he can rely on. So first off, we were selecting his friends and I also told him that why not include his cousins as well kan?? I always observe that, during weddings bride and grooms would most of the time chooses their friends instead of their own relatives so why not us include these forgotten family members right? Blood is thicker than water eh Jah....

And after the debate of picking the right men.Discussing on those who have shift works. Debating whether their girlfriends will feel left out during the solemnization ceremony (Although I honestly felt that this is not my bloody problem) BUT as usual he have to think about every bloody person's feelings and whatnots so I layankan jer...and after much discussion, being the not hegeh hegeh person as I am, I concluded our choices of "VIP[S]" and their roles.

Then the topic of themes and colours and baju and sampings pon suma terkeluar. We decided to sponsor the clothes for the guys and girls we pick and my head started rolling on the cute invitations that we wanted to give them as a formality to confirm that they do wanna become our VIP[S].

This sounds super cheesy!!! But I like it.......a little BROMANCE yes?
