D.I.E.T Stands for Did I Eat That?


Haloooooo Ladies!! How's life under this freaking sun in this Tiny meenee RED DOT that people call Singapore. Tough yes? I know and I wish all this freakin heat could eventually burn the fats off my tummy too....sigh!! Dream la...dream laaa...

So TOPIC for the day..HOW THIN YOU WANNA BE ON YOUR WEDDING DAY? and WHAT ARE THE CRAZIEST THINGS BTB(s) HAVE DONE TO ACHIEVE THAT FIGURE?

This are always always the main topic for any BTB(s) not to mention the constant nagging and comments we will have to endure every other time with our annoying makciks. They will never fail to ask us to slim down...eat lesser...lose weight. 

And then what about themselves, you got 2-3 bloody stack of spare tyres on your stomach that I can make into a laptop desk and you got the cheek to ask me lose weight. You are doing your bit for the environment is it? by finishing all the rice from that 10 kilo stack of packet.

HAHK!! Ini ah mulot makcik quarters yg I tak pernah boleh angs..suroh org kurus sana sini...diri sendiri pon london weight agaknyer reject den nak comment kita yg tak seberapa ni. Hmmppff!!And this happens to almost all BTB(s) that I met. Surely, there will always be something that this Makcik quarters will find a flaw in you.

So girls, dont fret! Its not us...its THEM!

And anyhooooo...speaking of losing weight and how much more to lose..my take is that..JUST BE HEALTHY. It doesnt matter if you are the bloody size of a baby elephant but if you are healthy and you will have that inner aura glow sparkling out from within you and Trust Me, people will find you beautiful is ONLY when YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. What is the point of being thin and looking like a freaking pale zombie on your wedding day yes? Zombie with thick makeup...if you find that is a Turn on..oh well..there is nothing i can say.

And for me, I strongly believe that a girl's beauty is measured by how she carries herself in public. Its all about the CHARM baby!! Present yourself in a positive outlook and people will find you attractive.

Where got time to look like Megan Fox or Angelina or Jennifer Aniston??? I quit dreaming being a Kardashian years ago already laaaa....kau sepak bedak banyak2 kat muka pon, buang masa....

Ok...I shall stop my yakking and start focusing on the topic. So now, 8 months plan before my wedding would be to:

1. Taking Dance Lessons (Pole dance & Lap dance....*flips hair)

Hahhahahaa....oh well! its kinda of impromptu and besides I was taken in by ms.pinky to join and it has been such a long time since i had tried anything like this again. However, i do believe that with this weird kind of dance lessons, it will help to strengthen your core muscles and lose weight at the same time. And for me, I really really do things that are weird and fun and humorous. Kill 2 birds with one stone la.

Objective: Lose weight and learn the skills on how to be a killer sexy wife!!! Fuyohhh!! Jgn aku terpleset jatuh ngan tumit tinngi sudah...oh well..shall update you on that again!! Hahahhah...

2. BOOT CAMP ( SPA & GYM @ Fairmont Swissotel)

SeeeeeeeDIA!!! HAP! HUP! KIRI! KANAN! KIRI! KANAN!

Ahhhhh,,this one has been planned! Ok..for the venue, its at Fairmont Hotel. Which used to be named Westin den Swissotel den aku tak tahu aper lagi nama diorang nak bubuh...kalau i/c da memang lama kena saman kalau slalu tukar2 nama kan.

Alrightey, the reason I need a boot camp is because it is a structured exercise programme with a Personal Instructor to guide you along or to torture your ass of per say...I tried going for AMORE FITNESS FIRST CALIFORNIA FITNESS....name it! I sign for every freaking gym that i came across but none works for me. 

Maybe because im a person who needs to be guided. My self-discipline when it comes to exercising is really out of this world [lah]. I would not move my ass an inch without someone slapping it first.

No doubt this Gym membership cost a BOMB! But there are some sacrifices that should be made and to me nowadays, Health is my utmost priority!! I want to lose weight the healthy way not just being depressed like I use to be.

Jgn tanya ah..the freaking amount I have paid. Korang kalau nak, talipon la sendiri. Seeing the figures make me hyperventilate and i might just collapse again. Hahahhahah

3. NO RICE. STRICTLY.

Yes. This is IMPORTANT. FOR ME. [At least] I cant eat too much of rice as it contains starch and sugar and whatever things inside it that makes me bloat and pass out wind often. So, I have consistently try to eat more meat and noodles (bee hoon not yellow pls) and I find that the bloating has gone down. 

The bloating usually starts from under my b**bs area but now it has gone down to the middle of my tummy. And, nowadays whenever I go to the hair salon, hairstylists have stop asking me if i am pregnant or not and people have stop giving me seats in MRT.

That's a GOOD thing right??? Yayyyyy!!!!! 

I hope with all this extra effort and definitely moola$$$ I have invest in, I will achieve my target to have a flatter tummy, yes?

You Ladies should try too. Do things that deem fits for you and if people just keep commenting you to be slimmer...Just look them in the face and say:

I may be FAT but I can slim down anytime I want BUT YOU YOU YOU...have the face that a mother could only love. Nature and Nurture cant help you!! ....and just walks off while *flips hair!!

So have a GREAT DAY AHEAD!! I KNOW I WILL BE!
