So, we or basically I have decided on the theme for our wedding dinner. I Love love the idea of a Rustic or Burlap wedding. It's so simple and chic and because on Sunday you know the "Majlic Sanding" is gonna be a mak -nenek and makcik quarters kind of affair...Momma has been kind to let me handle the Dinner by myself and Beau and because she has no say in it cos I am paying for it....Hahahhahah!!!

Now, lets talk about some of the favours that usually a "Rustic" Theme wedding will normally have:
No 1: Flower Seeds or Plants
I like the idea of giving flower seeds or plant seeds to the guests. It is like so unique gitu [kan]?! I suka!! And besides, although my fingers are not "green" segala and I cant plant things for nuts, the idea is definitely one of a kind. And its meaningful too, guests will eventually plant a rose seed or watever and when that flower blooms,it creates a wonderful symbolic meaning to our marriage. I am so nostalgic.
But that stops, when Beau calls me WEIRD. As usual, he doesnt understand my perspectives and question why I want people to plant things segala and wonders how my brains are wired.
No 2: Mini Fruit Jams
Basically, I found a good supplier for the ever famous BONNE MAMAN jams from this french acquantaince of mine. And so, I was thinking of getting the jams cos' I am a sucker for all this tag lines like "Spread the Love" segala semua. And besides, I dont know people who doesnt like jams. However, for Bonne Maman, its really MINI jam jars.
Each jar is only about 30g. For those of you who would like to buy it, the measurements are usually 5cm (H) and 4cm (W). It's really super tiny. I showed Momma yesterday and she was like "kecik-nya". She was suggesting to give 2 jars each to every guest so tak nampak la perasaan ke-kemutan kita. And for that moment, I finally agree with Momma at something. So, definitely this is something to be considered. And Bestie told me she has received once before and she finds it a nice form of favours too!!
No 3: CupCake in a Jar (YUM!)
Fulaaaamakkkk!!!! Prangai ah ni Martha Stewart. Slalu buat benda gorgeous nak mampz!!! And this time, it's rainbow cupcake in a jar. How COOL is that yo?!!!!! Who wouldnt be happy getting their own jar of rainbow hah?!!!! Confirm suka Kan?!! I pon SUKAAAA!!!!! It's happiness at first sight. Dah la aku ni memang a sucker for rainbows. Anything with 7 colours turns me on big time!!! Wooohooo!!! Suka!! Suka!!! But one thing ah, sape yg nak buat dok?!!! heh heh heh...yoooohooo!!! my Bridesmaid?!!!!!! Aku nak torture korang buat ni....kan best bonding session gitu!!
Anyhoo, one thing that I like is because it's cost effective. And besides, pompuan mana yang tak tahu buat cupcake?!! Kalau tak tahu mintak kena jotos la Lu!! But one thing is that, it could be rushing la if I want to present this as wedding favors. Cos' I need to make 200 pieces and it must be made fresh!!! Saper mahu layan dok?!!!! Hmmmm....but this is an idea definitely I will consider. I spoke to Bestie about it just now and dia kasi aku "Kening Ziana Zain" siot.
Hurhur...then FINE ah!! I shall just postphone this dream of mine to Baby shower pulak. *pouts

No. 3: Apple Caramels & Dips (Aaahh!!!)
Oh My Apples!!!! Lawa gila babs ah benda ni!!! Creative people ni betollah menyusahkan aku!!! Ader jer benda lawa cantek menawan yang dorang create time over time!!! Prangai ah korang!!! Lepas tu letak topping colour colour buat orang saket hati!! So SANTEK you know!!!!! I was crazily in love with all things rainbow and colourful but DEFINITELY Beau wont agree, cos he says it looks so hmmmm...shall not say. Cos' this is like national tv hokay! kalau aku cakap kena stomp! mampz!!!
Den Bestie gave me that look[la] pulak cos she knows she needs to handle it!! Hahahah!!!
Okay WOMAN!! I get it!!! *pouts
No.4: STICKY WICKIES!!

Yes WOMEN!! I know!!! Cos' as irritating logic and detailed she can be....this Matron of Honour of mine is spot on right!! It's hassle free. Cheaper. You can do nice packaging with it and you can store it longer. Besides it has your own personalised names.
Whatever ah korang. Just as long as I got it in rainbow colours. Kan aku da prangai "rainbow" segala. So, she was so excited by the idea and for the fact that I WONT be torturing her to do cupcakes and dipping apples. She straight away counted the amount of grams to give to the guests and the cost and whatnots. Ni budak attitude ahhh.....she is just always afraid I might change my ideas. hahahahaha.
And then, of cos I message Beau about the choices we have, and he give a simple answer! "Waaahh!!! All nice Baby!! Nehmind...we talk about it tomorrow ok?!" Eh halo!!! Besok dahlah kita plan nak gi cycling...abeh conferm my bontot saket segala den you want to talk with my ass on fire?!!!
Eh alamak! Korang eh suma ah prangai niari!! Eeerrrgghh!!!! Im so angry sampai rasa constipated tau!!!!
